Locum Junior Employment Lawyer

£35 - £45 umbrella per hour
Are you a Junior Employment Lawyer looking for the opportunity to join a well-established London-based Local Authority?
Our client is looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract that is likely to be on-going and long-term. The hybrid working arrangement on offer is predominantly remote, with office attendance required once per week. The role will be paid via an umbrella company at a rate of £35 - £45 per hour, dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Employment Law from either a public sector or private sector background, ideally with experience of dealing with defendant work. Education Law experience would be desirable, but not essential. The caseload will include a variety of employment matters including:
* Discrimination
* Unfair Dismissal
* TUPE
* Grievances
* Harassment
