Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the charity
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and line managers
* Oversee employee relations matters, including complex casework
* Support organisational development, culture, and engagement initiatives
* Manage and develop HR policies and procedures
* Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
* Oversee HR systems, data, and reporting
* Manage and develop a small HR team
Experience
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role
* Strong generalist HR knowledge, including employee relations
* Confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience working in a charity, public sector, or values-driven organisation (desirable, not essential)
* CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
* Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
