Key Responsibilities
* Support application projects including upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and new implementations
* Configure and maintain enterprise applications to meet business requirements
* Identify and deliver system improvements to enhance performance, stability, and user experience
* Provide 3rd line support for business-critical applications
* Work closely with internal teams, developers, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues and deliver solutions
* Support change management activities and ensure smooth transitions
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
* Assist with audits, risk assessments, and application governance activities
About You
* Experience supporting and developing enterprise applications
* Intermediate SQL skills, including querying and data manipulation
* Understanding of APIs, middleware, and system integrations
* Experience with service management platforms such as Jira and Helix
* Experience managing Windows Servers
* Knowledge of role-based access controls, authentication protocols, and data protection principles
* Strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
