Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the manufacturing leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining positive employee relations.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead projects to implement changes in relation to systems and/or benefits.
* Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disciplinaries, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
* Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with people leaders to develop and implement robust development plans.
* Collaborate with corporate HR and learning and development teams to deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
* Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Ensure compliance with all dsm-firmenich requirements and UK local employment laws and regulations.
* Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws.
* Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
* Sound analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
