Tagged Resources, acting on behalf of The Behrens Group, is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Key Account Manager.

Our client is a well-established success story, renowned for delivering high-quality garments across Healthcare, Corporate wear, Workwear, and Sportswear sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Customer Services team with a driven and customer-focused professional.

This is a varied role combining customer service excellence with key account management. You will develop a strong understanding of the business and its supply chain, while building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
* Manage and nurture relationships with key Healthcare and University clients
* Engage with prospective colleges to secure partnerships for upcoming academic years
* Oversee account renewals and provide ongoing aftercare for college clients
* Coordinate and support customer deliveries both nationally and internationally
* Place, monitor, and track customer orders
* Manage delivery schedules and resolve any issues efficiently
* Prepare and issue quotations and estimates
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing effective solutions


Skills & Experience

* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar office-based role
* High level of IT literacy, including Excel; ERP system experience is desirable
* Highly organised with strong logical thinking skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A collaborative team player
* Good standard of education
