Established Social Care Provider – c. 6–9 month contract
I'm delighted to be working with a regional care provider seeking an experienced Interim Head of People and Performance to support its care home operations. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving people strategy, embedding best practice in performance management, and ensuring alignment between workforce development and business objectives.
The successful candidate will bring:
·Strong generalist HR background, including significant ER experience
·CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
·Experience in the care sector or similar people focused industries such as retail or hospitality
·Solid understanding of business KPIs and how these inform performance and outcomes
·Proven ability in conflict resolution, coaching, and influencing at all levels
·Broad expertise across learning & development, business acumen, and performance management
