HR Administrator
Telford Hybrid working
12 month FTC
We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our Shared Service Team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will provide high-volume, high-quality HR services, supporting our business and employees by managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
The role is based at our Telford site with a hybrid working model and is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities of a HR Administrator
* Manage and own workload in line with internal SLAs & KPIs, especially related to core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, leavers).
* Ensure governance & compliance of HR data using various HR systems & tools.
* Partner with wider HR teams to support deliverables, re-prioritising workload as needed.
* Support HR projects and activities through administrative support and colleague guidance, understanding their impact on broader business objectives.
* Promote continuous improvement by owning key elements of the HR strategy/project plan.
Beneficial Skills & Experience
* Previous HR administration experience.
* Understanding of HR legislation and GDPR.
* Knowledge of HR & Payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, Resourcelink, 4Me (or similar).
* Experience with Electronic Document Management and Project Coordination.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint).
* Organised, adaptable, inquisitive, and proactive.
* Tenacious, driven, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills.
* High accuracy and a right-first-time attitude.
