Their Manchester based team is passionate about supporting their community and contributing towards a sustainable future.\n\nDescription\n\nProviding comprehensive administrative and HR support to the team.\nAccurately update and maintain employee data and ensure HR and payroll amendments are processed.\nTo complete all People Services administration activity in relation to contracts of employment, termination, rewards and retirement.\nTo support the wider people services and payroll teams in maintaining employee dpf.\nAnswer queries from employees and delegate as appropriate.\nCoordinating internal and external meetings and events.\nManaging departmental correspondence and communications.\nMaintaining records and filing systems in compliance with company policies.\nAccurately maintain and update records in line with GDPR principles including the filing, retention, and archiving of colleague records.
