Role Overview
Back Care Solutions is seeking a high-performing, revenue-driven sales professional who is motivated by targets, commission, and winning. This role offers significant earning potential for someone who thrives on closing deals, growing accounts, and building a strong pipeline in the market. You will have clear accountability for sales performance and a highly competitive commission structure aligned to results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding UK sales targets, directly impacting commission and OTE
* Drive revenue growth through consistent new business development, upselling, and account expansion
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure predictable and scalable earnings
* Develop, manage, and grow key accounts
* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with end users, specifiers, and trade partners
* Increase market penetration and brand visibility within the ergonomic solutions sector
* Support lead-generation and marketing campaigns designed to feed the sales pipeline
* Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, and performance reporting via CRM software
* Project manage high-value, long-cycle ergonomic projects to successful completion
* Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback with the wider business
Commission, OTE & Rewards

Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a field-based role (essential)
* Minimum of 3 years' sales experience.
* Strong hunter mentality with a consistent history of closing deals and hitting numbers
* Confident pipeline management and forecasting skills using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence (clean licence desirable)
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (40 hours p/week)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year OTE
