The Estates Team, sitting within the Core Service Team, is responsible for ensuring that our buildings are fully operational, legally compliant and excellent learning environments. You will be joining a highly skilled and professional team.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve estates to ensure buildings are fully operational, legally compliant and provide an excellent learning environment.
* Join a highly skilled and professional Estates Team within the Core Service Team.
* Work 37 hours per week in a permanent position.
* Be multi-skilled with a can-do attitude and contribute to a challenging and rewarding role.
Requirements
* Full driving licence is essential due to the demands of the role.
* Willingness to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and be assessed against the Childcare Disqualification Regulations.
