Job: Quality Manager
Location: Dukinfield, England
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30‑16:30

Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior oversight of day‑to‑day quality performance across all operational areas
* Lead, develop, and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence
* Partner with the HSQE Manager to drive the organisation's accreditation journey for ISO 18001 and ISO 45001
* Lead internal audit programmes, ensuring robust management of non‑conformances and timely implementation of corrective actions
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives, using data‑driven insights to strengthen processes and performance
* Oversee quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for strategic improvement
* Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to production teams to embed a strong quality culture
* Manage customer quality concerns and supplier‑related issues with professionalism and authority
Desired qualifications and experience
* Significant experience in a quality‑focused role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong and demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001
* Exposure to ISO 18001 and/or ISO 45001
* Proven capability in audits, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
