Job Description
3. Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Advise and support managers on HR-related queries and issues.
7. Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
8. Prepare reports and documentation for HR-related meetings.
9. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
10. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
11. Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the education sector.
12. A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
13. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
14. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
15. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
