FPSG's clients are among the largest independent asset managers and investment companies worldwide. Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to support the HR team within the global mobility function of the organization.
Role Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the team with various tasks as required.
2. Managing diaries and room bookings for meetings.
3. Serving as the first point of contact for general queries, providing assistance or directing to the relevant HR consultant.
4. Handling specific global mobility queries from various sites across the globe.
Person Specification
To be successful as an HR Administrator, you should have:
* An HR qualification or related degree (preferred).
* Some HR experience within a larger organization (preferred).
* Strong communication skills to handle calls and queries worldwide.
* A high level of work ethic and motivation to learn.
* The ability to take ownership of tasks and duties.
In return, our client offers an hourly rate of £10 - £12, depending on experience.
