I am currently looking for a Human Resources Officer for a premium hotel group based in central London! As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's human resources initiatives.
By championing the company's HR policies and procedures, you will contribute to maintaining a culture of respect, fairness, and compliance within the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative assistance, serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
* Supporting with recruitment / talent acquisition
* Supporting with learning and development
* Employee engagement
* Employee relations, policies and procedures and reward & recognition.
