Our client is an expanding Principle Contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new project in the York Area, starting soon.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Good all-round knowledge of construction, including civils, internal fit-out, and M&E.
2. Ability to read and understand drawings and extract relevant information.
3. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and staff.
4. Previous experience working on live sites.
5. Attention to detail and quality finishes.
6. Experience in leisure projects (e.g., Spa, Gym, Bar, Cafe) is advantageous.
7. Trade background preferred, especially in Joinery.
8. Must have CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
9. Proficiency in computer use for emails, reporting, and programming.
