An exciting opportunity has arisen for a target-driven Telephone Sales Agent to join our high-performing team at our Head Office in Thorne. This is a sales-focused role, where success is measured by your ability to convert opportunities, maximise revenue, and consistently exceed targets.
You will be fully supported by experienced leadership, with structured onboarding and ongoing sales training designed to help you continually improve performance and maximise earnings.
You’ll join one of our high-performing, sales-driven specialist teams: whether within our GAP Insurance Team, Service Booking Team, Service Plan Team, or Essential Maintenance Team, matched to your skill set, where your focus will be on maximising every customer interaction and driving revenue. In this target-led environment, you will proactively contact existing customers and convert every interaction into a sales opportunity. You will also handle inbound enquiries, with a strong emphasis on closing the sale and increasing value by identifying need and offering tailored products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers, converting opportunities into bookings and additional sales
* Handle inbound enquiries with a clear focus on closing sales and increasing value
* Maximise revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling of products and services on every interaction
* Identify customer needs quickly and position solutions that encourage immediate action
* Confidently overcome objections and secure commitment on every call
* Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Ability to adapt and effectively work within a fast paced, busy sales environment
* Accurately update CRM systems and manage workshop bookings efficiently
* Deliver a high-energy, professional sales approach at all times
* Ensure compliance with data protection and internal processes
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm (with 1-hour breaks)
* Every 3rd Saturday - 9am - 12:30pm (paid additionally)
* Additional hours and flexibility required during peak periods
