We're seeking a well-organised and confident individual to join a dynamic team supporting around 70 employees. Based in Nottingham, with occasional travel to Leicester, London, and Birmingham, this role offers a hybrid working pattern (50% from home), provided work priorities are met. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify training and development needs across the business Organise company-wide, team-focused, and individual CPD and training sessions Maintain and update employee records, including performance reviews, sickness, and maternity leave Prepare and amend HR documents, including employment contracts and recruitment materials Support recruitment activities - from job advert creation to interview scheduling Help ensure policies are reviewed, up to date, and compliant with employment legislation Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries across departments Liaise with the Finance team to support planning around leave, bonuses, and remuneration Manage internal announcements and assist with the implementation of HR procedures Produce regular HR reports for the Practice Leadership Group Person Specification: Previous experience in an HR administrative / HR Officer role is essential Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation Confident problem-solver with a practical and solutions-focused mindset IT Savvy - Proficient in using Google Workspace and other business software Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
