HR Officer – Temporary Maternity Cover (up to 12 months) An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in a varied and rewarding HR role within a small, friendly team. We are seeking an HR Officer to provide key support across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Part-time | 22 hours per week (3 Days on site) Free Car Parking on site Free Lunch on site Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes from start to finish Provide HR support across performance management, absence, and employee relations Ensure compliance with employment law and maintain accurate records and documentation Draft HR documentation including contracts and letters Respond to general HR queries and provide first-line advice Keep the HR database accurate and compliantWhat We’re Looking For: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (essential) Bachelor’s degree (desirable) 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, including ER casework Strong knowledge of current employment law Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills Confident user of HR databases, Word, Excel, and OutlookThis is a fantastic chance to gain experience within a respected organisation and make an impact as part of a supportive HR team.
