Could you be the person who helps a young person feel more confident, supported, and understood?
For many students, the right support during the school day can make a huge difference - not just academically, but emotionally too.
We're currently working with a number of specialist schools across Fleet and the surrounding areas, looking for caring, resilient individuals to join them as Learning Mentors on both flexible and long-term placements.
No Previous School Experience Is Required.
You don't need to have worked as a Learning Mentor before. We're much more interested in your ability to build positive relationships, stay calm under pressure, and support students who may be finding school challenging emotionally or behaviourally.

* Working closely with teachers, SEN teams, and pastoral staff
* Providing consistency, encouragement, and reassurance throughout the day
This is a rewarding role where the support you provide can have a genuine and lasting impact.
