Job Description
You will:
3. Deliver end-to-end HR support across the organisation, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
4. Support and coach line managers on HR processes, policies, and best practice
5. Lead on HR casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
6. Manage and mentor the HR Administrator, helping develop their skills
7. Contribute to culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
8. Support workforce planning and organisational development projects
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:
9. Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in housing, public, or not-for-profit sectors
10. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
11. Proven ability to manage HR casework and support managers effectively
12. Hands-on approach with confidence to work autonomously
13. Experience in line management or mentoring
14. Values-driven, collaborative, and passionate about making a positive difference
