We are looking for an engaging and confident individual to contribute to the strategic development of theUniversitys Quality Management Office (QMO) and to plan, guide and manage its day-to-day activities in providing an excellent service to its stakeholders.
You will have excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels across the University to meet their different requirements and ensure best outcomes.
You will be instrumental in contributing to institutional projects aligned to the University Strategy 2025-2030.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leading a team of professional staff to ensure activities within the scope of Quality Management Office meet the highest standard.
Overseeing and co-ordinate effective operational strategies to manage and embed quality and enhancement activities across all programmes, drawing on best practice from the HE sector and regulatory bodies.
