Site Manager - Cleanroom Refurbishment (Contract)
Location: Bedfordshire
Rate: £320-£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Start: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a cleanroom refurbishment project in Bedfordshire on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist project within a highly regulated environment, requiring a strong focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations on a live cleanroom refurbishment
* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Maintaining strict health & safety and contamination control standards
* Liaising with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project
* Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with cleanroom compliance requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering cleanroom refurbishment projects (essential)
* Strong background working in controlled environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar)
* SMSTS (in date)
* CSCS Card (in date)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Available to start immediately
