Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage a team across Production, Technical, Engineering, and Hygiene, and be responsible for:
* Formulating and implementing the manufacturing plan to drive performance improvement.
* Building strong external relationships within the manufacturing industry and collaborating with Trading, Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain partners to improve financial performance and product manufacturing.
* Developing and executing growth plans with Morrisons and external customers, including online channels.
* Creating a customer service culture to ensure high-quality production aligned with the Morrisons brand and third-party customers.
* Identifying, developing, and launching new products to meet customer needs.
* Planning and sourcing raw materials timely, ensuring on-time, full delivery to internal and third-party customers.
* Inspiring your team and fostering an environment that enables peak performance and development.
* Addressing colleague issues and ideas to improve offerings and simplify processes.
* Motivating teams to collaborate across departments and make decisions that benefit the entire business.
* Ensuring the right staffing at the right time, with proper training and efficiency.
* Delivering and monitoring KPIs related to Financial, Quality, Service, and People metrics.
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives based on performance monitoring.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards to uphold product safety.
* Developing and implementing change programs within your site and supporting wider business initiatives.
* Driving industry best practices through support services.
* Developing automation strategies to enhance performance and reduce reliance on manual labor.
* Achieving sales and profit targets aligned with the business plan.
* Managing CAPEX projects within budget.

About you
You should have experience managing at a senior level in FMCG manufacturing, knowledge of relevant legislation, strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset. You should be innovative, relationship-oriented, analytical, and ambitious.
