Behaviour Mentor - SEMH (Secondary)
Location: Brent, North West London
Start: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay: £95-£125 per day (PAYE)
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour in a specialist secondary setting.
Role includes:
1:1 and small-group behaviour support (KS3-KS4)
De-escalation and behaviour regulation strategies
Supporting re-engagement with learning
Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams
Requirements:
SEMH / PRU / SEND experience
Strong behaviour management skills
Team Teach / MAPA (or equivalent) preferred
Calm, resilient and relationship-focused
