HR Officer ( HR Systems) We are working with a leading client in Enniskillen to recruit an enthusiastic HR Officer with hands on experience in HR systems (HCM) to work within the HR Department to support them with their system implementation. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with HR technology, supported system improvements and contributed to HRIS/HCM implementation projects. The HR Officer ( HR Systems) will be responsible for: Maintaining HR data, generate reports, and support analytics needs Providing day to day support for HR systems (HCM), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity Assisting in the implementation and rollout of new HR systems, modules, or upgrades Partnering with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and support system users Supporting process improvements and automation within HR systems Delivering user support and basic training on HR systems for staff and managers What you will need to have for the HR Officer (HR Systems) role: Previous experience working with HR systems (HCM) in a HR capacity Exposure to HRIS/HCM implementation projects or system upgrades Strong attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills Ability to work collaboratively across HR, IT, and business teams Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are interested in this job and want to have a chat about it, please contact Mary on or email Skills: HR Systems, Implementation, HR Officer
