£28,000
35 hours per week | Monday-Thursday (8:35-5:00), Friday (8:35-3:00)
(Open to discussing 4 day week option)
Are you an HR Administrator ready to take the next step, or an experienced HR Officer looking for a more flexible, forward-thinking environment? We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our small but mighty HR team based in Kenilworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a healthy balance of autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, including:
1. Managing onboarding, recruitment, and induction processes (not high volume)
2. Supporting employee relations cases - absence management, sickness, and occupational health referrals
3. Coordinating learning & development activity (room bookings, planning sessions, etc.)
4. Overseeing HR systems administration
5. Liaising with our third-party payroll provider and managing pension submissions
6. Supporting annual benefits renewals
You'll have the chance to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives, with room to grow and take on more responsibility as you develop.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
7. Experienced in HR systems and employee relations (ER) casework
8. Proactive, organised, and forward-thinking
9. Comfortable working in a flexible, adult environment where trust and autonomy are valued
10. Confident communicating with managers at all levels
11. CIPD qualification is a bonus, but experience is what really matters

12. Salary: £28,000
13. Pension: Up to 5% employer contribution
14. Annual Leave: 26 days plus bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
