Customer Service Management:
* Provide technical support through visits, training, calls, and conferences.
* Regularly update internal stakeholders and maintain efficient communication with customers.
Project Management:
* Deliver projects that meet customer specifications and timelines, focusing on stability, performance, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
* Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
* Engage with lab tasks as needed and manage external resources critical to project delivery.
* Ensure proper data recording and contribute to the cloud database.
Qualifications:
* MS Degree or higher in Biological or Life Sciences preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of lab management experience, with a customer-facing role.
* Experience in the molecular breeding industry is a plus.
* Strong customer orientation with high proactivity.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
* Leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
