Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.
Job Description
The role of HR Manager is a busy, fast-paced and generalist role, supporting a wide range of operational stakeholders and overseeing a small HR function.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Provide high quality HR advise and support to a wide range of operational stakeholders
* Take responsibility for high volume employee relations casework including complex scenarios in a unionised environment
* Assist with the training and development of Managers
* Advise and guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
* Support with recruitment
* Annual pay reviews
* Take responsibility for any HR projects and initiatives
* Contribute towards process improvements
* Lead engagement activities on-site
