Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised recent graduate to join a prestigious City law firm on a permanent basis. * Starting salary up to £25,000

Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate, Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with producing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and updating internal systems.
* Helping to organise meetings and support communication with colleagues and external contacts.
* Supporting a range of HR admin processes, including onboarding, inductions, leavers, payroll updates, family leave, and contract changes.
* Learning to manage shared HR inbox queries and escalating where needed.
* Assisting with reporting, data entry, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
* Offering general team support during busy periods and taking part in ad-hoc HR projects.
Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate, Skills & Requirements:
* A strong interest in HR and a desire to build a career in a professional office environment.
* Any previous admin, office, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
* A proactive team player who’s eager to learn and get involved.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and an organised, reliable approach.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (training provided on HR systems).
* Discreet and professional with a strong sense of confidentiality.
