Options Resourcing are working with an unparalleled representative of service in commercial construction and interiors, office and welfare furniture supply and installation for a Site Manager to run strip of old windows and then installation of new ones in Portsmouth starting in October for 6-8 weeks with the potential for ongoing work after that project.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
1st Aid Qualification
CSCS Card
Ideally with docks clearance
SMSTS
