Social Housing Site Manager - New Build Our client is an established and reputable North West contractor with a strong track record delivering new build social housing developments across the region. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with timber frame experience to join their team. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a timber frame residential development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery from groundworks through to completion and handover.
