The Role
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring that equipment and all requirements are delivered and installed as per client SLAs and contracts. The role involves managing RAMS and Health & Safety, working closely with sub-contractors, leading on-site teams, conducting site surveys, and reporting daily to internal teams. Overseeing installation and de-rig processes, ensuring correct processing of plant and machinery hire, and quality control and snagging after work completion are crucial. This busy role requires travel across the UK, some weekend work (paid overtime), and work at high-profile, well-known events across various sectors.
About You
We seek a strong Site/Installation Manager with experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the events or construction industry. Excellent communication skills, organization, and diligence are essential. A passion for events is key, as travel, long hours, and overnight stays are part of the role. A UK driving license is mandatory, with occasional international travel.
