Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client to recruit for an Office Administrator, to join their growing team in Belfast on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role benefits from a central location, with on-site parking, and presents a rare opportunity to join a business with a fantastic reputation. The Office Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider teams, assisting with document control, and providing a main point of contact for external stakeholders. Duties of this role include: Managing the internal systems, ensuring all documents are filed correctly, orders are processed, and information is regularly updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Providing the point of contact for clients, managing the company inbox, answering general queries and delivering key information on ongoing works. Assisting with invoices, raising of purchase orders, and collating weekly budget reports. Coordinating travel/accommodation for company representatives. Working closely alongside the office manager to ensure tasks are managed in an efficient manner. Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in an administrative position. You will pride yourself on your ability to organise documentation, possessing excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, notably with the Microsoft suite. The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £25000-£27000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri, with on-site parking available.
