About the Role:
Experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a small flat timber frame residential project. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the timber frame construction from groundworks to completion.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
*
Monitor site progress against programme and report to the project manager.
*
Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on site.
*
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
*
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities as needed.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing residential timber frame projects.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid at Work certified.
*
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams and tight deadlines.
*
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control.
Desirable:
*
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
*
Experience with NHBC or LABC standards.
