We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead its human resources function. This role requires a dynamic and experienced HR leader to support business growth, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a cohesive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
* partners with the Management team in driving the strategic direction related to human resources and people development in alignment with the achievement of business goals.
* building a strong and harmonious workplace culture.
* involves in driving organizational development initiatives such as leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
* ensuring compliance with employment regulations and industry best practices,
* providing strategic guidance on workforce planning.
* managing HR operations effectively.
* leading change management efforts and fostering a high-performing HR team.
Requirements
* at least 15 to 20 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, with a strong track record in strategic HR leadership.
* experience in the beauty and wellness industry is highly advantageous.
* strong stakeholder management skills.
* high emotional intelligence.
* excellent interpersonal skills.
* ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics.
* deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
* hands-on leadership style that balances strategic initiatives with operational HR responsibilities.
* strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is required.
