Job Description: Site Manager SHDF Works & Cyclical Painting Programmes An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) works and cyclical painting and decorating programmes across a range of client sites. Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of refurbishment and maintenance projects, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The role will involve managing multiple short-term projects across different locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage subcontractors, trades, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professional service. Coordinate logistics and resources across multiple sites as required. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in site management within social housing or refurbishment projects. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Willingness to travel extensively, as projects are spread across multiple locations (typically for short durations). Based in Surrey or Berkshire, with flexibility to cover wider surrounding areas.
