We are seeking a Cook with a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above to support the Head Cook in the planning, preparation, and service of meals that are both nutritionally balanced and nourishing for the residents.
Rate of Pay: £12.73 per hour
Contract Type: Part-time
Contract Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 16 hours

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting with compiling seasonal menus with input from residents, families, and the Home Manager, ensuring variety and suitability for residents considering backgrounds, culture, and dietary requirements.
2. Delivering excellence in meal times and dining room experiences, including presentation.
3. Ensuring the cleanliness and hygienic appearance of the kitchen, and accountability for food standards, health & safety regulations, and high practice standards.
Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:
* Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
