We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Secure Environments team based in Aldermaston.

Join our growing team as we build excellence within our UK Defence portfolio. As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We're establishing a new collaborative team to deliver multiple projects within a secure facility, with a strong focus on detail. Our initial projects have an M&E bias, so knowledge in this area would be advantageous.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Secure Environments team, supporting them in delivering high-quality projects across the UK Defence portfolio. Your day to day will include:
Managing site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
Maintaining comprehensive site records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while liaising with client SMEs to ensure compliance
Supporting the procurement functions in the selection of sub-contractors and providing performance feedback
Nurturing and developing your team to create an inclusive workplace where diversity is encouraged
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
You have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projects
You're collaborative and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients
You possess excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
You're comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferable, though we can arrange for clearances)
You hold a full driving licence and are a UK/British Passport holder
