iO Associates is working with a leading digital-focused organisation to bring on board a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to drive innovation across their marketing tech stack. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SFMC developer to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building scalable, future-proofed solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end development and technical solution design, collaborating closely with marketing and product teams. You'll lead on best practices, champion the adoption of new tools (including AI), and help coach junior colleagues while ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the latest trends and business needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Connector.
* Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and advanced HTML/CSS for email development.
* Confident in SFMC architecture, data modelling, and system integration.
* Experience leading solution design and delivering complex, automated marketing solutions.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Admin/Developer) strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in a clear, engaging way.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Advertising and Mobile Studio.
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and email deliverability best practices.
* Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve productivity.
