This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a robust pipeline of refurbishment and capital improvement works across occupied housing stock. You will be responsible for managing planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and door upgrades, roofing, and external works, ensuring delivery is safe, timely, and to the required quality standards.
