We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales/Procurement Executive to join a busy procurement team in Oxford. If you have a flair for sales, administration, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and people-focused environment.
As a Sales/Procurement Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the internal sales and purchasing process. From handling initial requests, preparing quotes, and managing sales orders, through to purchasing products and liaising with suppliers, you’ll play a key role in making sure schools receive the best service and value.
Working closely with consultants, project teams, and technical staff, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from quotation to installation.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle and procurement process
* Generate accurate quotations through the CRM system
* Liaise with regional teams to convert quotes into sales
* Produce sales orders and process supplier purchases
* Coordinate with project teams to schedule installations and deliveries
* Provide first-class support to schools and consultants throughout the process
Qualifications / Requirements
* Confident with sales negotiations and liaising with internal and external suppliers
* Strong communicator, confident working with both internal teams and external suppliers
* Experience with ordering products, installation scheduling & renewals
* Excellent attention to detail with solid administrative skills
* Customer service-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Previous experience in procurement, sales support, or purchasing would be an advantage
