Site Manager (Permanent) Dorchester, Dorset 70 Unit Modular Residential Development 12-Month Programme | Immediate Start Available We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a forward-thinking construction business with a strong pipeline of modular projects – for an excellent permanent opportunity as Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark 70 unit modular housing scheme in Dorchester. You will join a large, professional construction management team and take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of this high-quality, fast-track 12-month modular development. About the Project 70 residential units using modern modular / off-site construction methods 12-month programme from start to handover High-specification, sustainable design Working alongside a large, experienced construction management team including Project Managers, Commercial, Design, and Quality leads Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations and take full ownership for the safe, timely and quality delivery of the project Manage the installation, assembly and finishing of modular units Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and supply chain Ensure strict compliance with CDM, health & safety, environmental and quality standards Monitor and report progress against the programme, budget and KPIs Proactively manage risk, change and interface issues with the wider project team Maintain excellent relationships with the client, local authority, and stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or modular projects of similar scale (50 units) Strong working knowledge of modular / volumetric construction techniques (highly advantageous) SMSTS, CSCS, and current First Aid Demonstrable ability to lead large site teams and deliver to tight programmes Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence What We Offer Permanent contract Salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) package Car allowance Pension, life assurance and private healthcare O’Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
