Equity Reward Manager - Employer Reward Services
Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices

Responsibilities include:
* Managing and delivering client projects related to Reward workflows, such as:
* Collaborating with senior leaders on designing and structuring equity or cash incentive plans, considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts; reviewing existing plans for relevance.
* Advising on tax implications of corporate transactions and structuring compensation plans accordingly.
* Designing employee share purchase plans and other reward strategies for the workforce.
* Advising Remuneration Committees and management on reward strategies, governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Assisting in drafting Directors’ Remuneration Reports and conducting pay benchmarking.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in designing incentive plans, reviewing existing plans, and advising on reward strategies.
* Qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACA, or legal credentials.
Desired Skills:
* Technical expertise in incentive plan design considering tax and regulatory impacts.
* Experience in advising on corporate governance, ESG, and remuneration reporting.
* Strong communication, client service, and business development skills.
