Are you an experienced Site Manager within the housing regeneration sector?
Approach Personnel is proud to be partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a project across the Wakefield area. The initial scheme will be an external social housing project with further schemes across West Yorkshire to take place after.
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and completion according to deadlines.

What are we looking for?
* Experience as a Site Manager on an external contract in social housing is ESSENTIAL.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations on site.
* A strong, proven track record of hitting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the build program, providing 4‑week look‑aheads, weekly reviews, and regular updates to ensure timely project completion.
* Manage and support directly employed site staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
* Ensure site compliance by reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures on‑site, ensuring all trades follow trade specifications.
* Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
