What you’ll be doing Establishing and growing a new desk/division within Tribal Digital Recruitment Using your market knowledge to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow client relationships Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through to placement Developing your own pipeline of candidates and clients in your chosen niche Working closely with the leadership team to shape the growth of your division Building towards hiring and mentoring your own team as the division scales What we’re looking for A proven track record in recruitment, ideally within Data, Tech, Digital, Marketing, Creative sectors Someone who thrives on business development and isn’t afraid to build from the ground up Strong candidate management skills with the ability to deliver consistently for clients Ambition, resilience, and entrepreneurial drive — you want to own your desk and grow it into a division Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A self-starter who’s motivated by opportunity, not micromanagement Why join Tribal Digital Recruitment?
