What you’ll be doing Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options Arranging and conducting test drives Supporting customers through the full car‑buying journey, including accessories and add‑ons Building long‑term relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal customers You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone and by video, both locally and nationally, so strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.
