* Strongteamleadershipexperience.

* Experienceofdeliveringdifficultand/orcomplexorganisationalchange.
* ProvenexperienceinworkingandsuccessfulnegotiationwithTradeUnionsinaheavilyunionisedenvironment.
* Proficientknowledgeofemploymentlawanditspracticalapplication.
* Abilitytosethighstandardsandrolemodelbehaviour.
* Abilitytoresolveconflictandrelationshipbuildateachleveloftheorganisation.
