Location: Stanmore (Hybrid – 4 days on site, 1 day working from home) Contract: Temporary, starting next week for 2 days, then continuing until the end of January Hours: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Interim HR Officer for one month (it could extend) to join a friendly, busy HR team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support across a wide range of HR activities.Key Responsibilities
1. Undertaking absence reviews and managing sickness absence cases end-to-end
2. Supporting managers with HR processes and providing guidance throughout
3. Drafting letters including contracts, offer letters, and unsuccessful candidate notifications
4. Managing recruitment and selection, from advertising roles to screening CVs, arranging interviews, and generating offers.
5. Ensuringpliance with HR policies and procedures throughout all processes
Requirements:
6. You must have experience as an HR Officer / HR Advisor who has managed sickness absence cases end-to-end
7. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law
8. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
10. Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent)
11. Available to start immediately
