Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by managing relationships with retail travel agencies, corporate travel buyers, and leisure agents across the UK, with a particular focus on managing agents across the North of the UK. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities within the travel trade and corporate segments.


Key Responsibilities:

* Account Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail travel agencies, corporate clients, and leisure partners.
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
* Manage and grow relationships with agents located across the North of the UK.
* Sales & Revenue Growth:
* Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for the UK market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail, corporate, and leisure segments.
* Market Development:
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Promote brand awareness and product offerings through trade events, roadshows, and client meetings.
* Negotiation & Contracting:
* Negotiate commercial agreements with agents and corporate clients in line with company policies.
* Ensure timely renewal of contracts and adherence to agreed terms.
* Reporting & Analysis:
* Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for management.
* Track KPIs and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in travel trade or airline sales within the UK market.
* Strong understanding of retail, corporate, and leisure travel segments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
