About the Role: We're building a Developer Experience team focused on empowering our engineering organization with tools, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you'll work on internal platforms, CI/CD optimization, and developer tooling that directly impact productivity and satisfaction across all teams. A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer: Monitor and improve developer workflows Design and develop internal tools and services to support engineering teams Share knowledge and promote best practices across the organization Organize technical documentation and developer portals Required Technology Experience: .NET Experience in web development (JS/TS/HTML/CSS, VueJs or similar) Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), Docker, Kubernetes Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs Understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization Will be a plus: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Previous work in platform engineering or developer experience teams Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to learn Experience maintaining and evolving component libraries (eg.: Storybook) Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress, Jest) Poland only (remote/hybrid mode) and UoP (employment contract) OUR BENEFITS: ??
